Our chocolate is divided into two styles, ‘Classic’ and ‘Nectar’. Classic is couverture chocolate made in the European tradition started in 1847 when chocolate as we know it today was first created. Classic is typically the choice for classical French pâtissière and chocolatiers and uses refined sugar.
Nectar is Pod’s evolution of chocolate using the sweet, organic nectar of the tropical lontar flower as a highly nutritious and sustainable alternative to refined sugar. Lontar trees are farmed nearby our factory and are the perfect low GI sweetener for healthy & delicious chocolate. None of our products use palm oil.
